I DID THE LAUREN GIRALDO TREADMILL ROUTINE FOR A WEEK Lost 4 lbs Very well made.
I kept losing track of time while playing Civ so I started playing it on the treadmill. Eight months later I ve lost 60lbs and am now a healthy weight. r civ Very well made.
Not seeing much progress. Is this normal I ve been rowing 7 days a week along with weight training for 7 weeks. I can t really see a difference between the before and after Very well made.
M 22 6 4 238 216 22 pounds 6weeks literally all I do is cardio treadmill I need some advice on what other workouts I could do that would help me to continue losing weight. My goal is Very well made.
