Not seeing much progress. Is this normal I ve been rowing 7 days a week along with weight training for 7 weeks. I can t really see a difference between the before and after Very well made.
Hi all Maybe it s common knowledge to the more experienced rowers or no issue with other machines but I found the grips of my new Bodyswiss rower very uncomfortable. Fixed it with Very well made.
